Until we meet again my friends!
Canadian/Mexican CH Chicharo Gomez
We had the great privilege to import this boy from Mexico back in 2007. Chich unfortunately was only with us for just a year. But in that year we made many memories, one of them being finishing his Canadian Championship and winning Breed at the 2007 Central Bulldog of Canada Specialty Show. Definitely a day I will never forget. He taught us a lot and I truly do not feel I would be where I am if it wasn't for learning those lessons he taught me. I think of him often and wish that I would have had more time with him to show him more of what life had to offer. I will always be grateful that I had the opportunity to have him in my life, if even for just a short time. Forever in my heart my boy, I will never forget you!
CH Supremebulls Next Generation
This is our sweet boy CJ who passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in July 2011. He was by far the sweetest, most well tempered dog that I have ever come across. Our very good friends from Supremebulls in Ontario entrusted us to raise this boy after our Chich passed away. CJ was out of Chich's first litter born here in Canada. CJ followed in his father's footsteps and won Best of Winners and Best Puppy in Breed in 2008 at the Central Bulldog of Canada Specialty Show at just 11 months old. We enjoyed travelling around to Ontario and Saskatchewan and spending weekends away showing our sweet boy. He was quite the producer as well as in just 3 litters he had 4 champion offspring with many more being able to easily finsh. He definately out produced himself and I am lucky enough to share my life and home with his champion daughter Butter and a few of his grandkids. CJ lives on in our hearts and memories now and forever. Thank you for being a part of my life when I needed you and thank you for leaving me with your wonderful kids. Miss you big guy XOXO!
Over The Tops Duke de Munnik
This is our sweet boy Over The Tops Duke de Munnik. He was owned and loved by Steven, Marianne and Zoe de Munnik from Toronto Ontario. Duke passed away from intestinal cancer on March 12th 2015 at the age of 7. He was admired and loved at all who met him and he was Steven and Marianne's first kid. They took amazing care of sweet Duke and I know they are missing him terribly right now. I know he is running free of pain and playing with all our dogs and puppies that passed before him. We will meet again sweet boy, until we meet again!!
Over The Tops Salt and Pepper
Sweet Pepper was our very first bred puppy, born December 21, 2006, she passed peacefully right beside her loving owner Rachel in August 2015, just shy of her 9th birthday. This puppy is living proof that sometimes nobody can predict a life, not even an expert. By the time Pepper was 8 weeks old, it was apparent that she was going to have trouble with her hind legs, she could not hold her back end up. I frantically took her to not one, two, three, but four different vets. The first three vets told me to put her down, but I refused, I knew that where there was a will, there was a way. I finally found a vet that gave me hope, and gave Pepper a chance to move around on all fours with the assistance of doggie wheels. We had her fitted, and immediately ordered her wheels. The first time she tried them on, and ran independently, I bawled like a baby, I was so happy to see her happy. I was prepared to keep Pepper for life, when a family friend asked if they could have her and take her on. We agreed and the rest is history. Pepper eventually grew out of her condition and walked on her own, without her wheels. She had a growth, which she had surgery on, while home the first night after surgery, she went into cardiac arrest and passed away with her family. Sweet, sweet girl, you taught me so much, and I will never give up on a deserving life! All my love to Rachel, Cleo and family, thank you for loving Pepper and giving her an amazing 8 years.
CH Westbury's Maximus

There is not enough words to describe how thankful I am that this boy came into our lives. We fell deeply in love with the breed because of him and he was my daughters first dog and he was so incredibly kind to them and gentle. He was our first, and he taught us so much. Thank you to Joe and Carter for giving Max an incredible 8 years. The love from a bulldog is like no other. The cold January that we brought Max home was love at first sight, that little ball of white fluff needed to be mine, I never had any idea the impact that one purchase would have on the rest of my life. We were introduced to the dog show world and Max finished #4 bulldog in Canada in 2006. The rest is really history as we compete in dog shows throughout the year and it has become mine and my families top hobby. We have met so many great people from breeding and showing our dogs and for that I am truly grateful. I know the rest of my days will be spent with a bulldog at my side, thank you Max for showing me the incredible world of bulldogs, the neverending love for them and from them. My life has forever been changed because you were a part of it. I will never ever forget you and you will be in my heart for the rest of my days! Rest easy boy! xoxo!
Over The Tops Brandy
Brandy was born on May 8th, 2007 and passed away peacefully with her family on September 20th, 2016. Brandy was born out of Tequila's first litter that was sired in Mexico before Tequila was shipped to Canada to become a part of our family. There were 8 puppies in the litter. Brandy was an absolute gentle soul and she was such a pleasure to raise. She went to live with Becky, Dave and family in 2008 and lived out her life being very loved from this wonderful family. We thank you for loving Brandy and not letting her suffer when you found a lump on her lung. Brandy, sweet girl, run free and until we meet again.
Tequila Sunrise De La Parra
Tequila was born on September 27th 2005 and passed away peacefully on October 31st 2017. She was born in Mexico City and was bred and raised by my good friend Jorge De La Parra. Tequila moved to live with me in the spring of 2007. Together, for over 10 years we did many things together, raised many puppies, and she was my one true constant. I loved everything about her, but above all, loved her loyalty to my family and I always felt safe with her in my home. It seems surreal that I am writing this as I still feel her all around me. She has left behind so many wonderful kids and grandkids and I cherish every single day that I spend with them. My heart still aches when I think of her, and I get a huge whole in my stomach. I wouldn't change a thing and I hold close to my heart that I got to spend as many years with this beautiful girl. RIP my girl. You always put me on such a pedestal, I hope you knew that you were the real gem, love you forever and a day!! XOXO
CH Over The Tops Chich and Chong
Chewy was born on January 30th 2012 and passed away at home on December 10th 2017. He had a very sudden illness that was very aggressive and no cure. Special thank you goes out to the Feniuk family for their never ending love and care for Chewy for the last 2+ years. We are so heartbroken that he was taken way too soon. Chewy was a very kind and sweet dog. He was great with children of all ages and other dogs. He was an easy keep and a very loveable dog. He achieved his Canadian Championship at just over 1 year old and he sired one litter of puppies. Chewy will always be remembered and missed by my family and the Feniuk family. We hope your running and playing with Tequila like old times, now with no pain. Love you Chew Chew!!

Over The Tops Tiny Miracle
Over The Tops Tiny Miracle born January 5th 2008 passed away March 3rd 2018. Tiny was born in Toronto and to date is the smallest puppy we have ever had. She was small but never missed a meal or a beat. She moved with us in Summer 2008 when we moved back to Manitoba. She lived her life with a local family and had 2 litters and we were able to bring home one of her granddaughters years after. Over The Tops Sir Rupert
Rupert was born on January 5th, 2008 and passed away November 19th, 2018. Rupert was born and raised in Toronto, and was the apple of Rob and Jens eyes. He was a well travelled Bulldog, and travelled to many states/provinces all across the U.S and Canada. He lived his whole life with his buddy Jetson. One of his last trips was across western Canada and they stopped in Winnipeg to see us on their way by. That was summer of 2018, it was definitely the highlight of our summer. Rob and Jen will always be apart of our Over The Top family, we keep in contact to this day. They are now living their life with Ruperts great great great nephew Gilbert.
Over The Tops Lincoln Hawk
Howdle was born on February 15th, 2013 and passed away on June 19th, 2019. Howdle was from Butters very first litter. Howdle had a rough start as he was a swimmer pup, and he had a difficult time breathing. We spent countless hours cuddling him and holding him in our hands on his back to keep the pressure off of his chest. After a few weeks of nurturing, much to all our surprises he started to thrive and catch up to his siblings. He went on to go and live with the most precious family who have become such amazing friends. Howdle lived his 6.5 years giving and receiving the most love possible. His life was cut short by an aggressive cancer, but Howdle never showed that he was in pain. We will never ever forget this sweet boy. Brody and Crystal now have Howdle's nephew Charlie.
Over The Tops Archie
Archie was born on June 22nd, 2010 and passed away on April 6, 2019. Archie lived his life with his litter sister Rosie, his mom and dad Kim and Jordan, and his human brothers Dom and Ben. He was very loved and I believe he was a mommy's sucky boy. the event his passing was very quick and has left the family in such shock. They were so committed to doing whatever they had to for their beloved Archie, even if it took remortgaging their home. It's the love we feel for our babies, and the incredible desire to stand by there side, just like they have done for us in their life. Just before Archie passed, his litter brother Sammy was surrendered to us at 9 years old. Kim and her family are a 2 dog family, and really missed Archie's presence. When she found out we had Sammy back, she immediately asked if she could take him. We love happy endings, and are so blessed to be friends with such an incredible family.
Barney
Barney was born on May 8th, 2007 and passed away on April 18th, 2020. Barney was from Tequila's first litter, made in Mexico and born in Canada. He was born in a litter of 8 in Toronto, Ontario. He was just shy of his 13th birthday, he had a good long life just like his mama Tequila. He leaves behind his best human friend Ava. We are so thankful for Lianne, Mark, and Ava for taking such good care of Barney. They will be adding one of Barneys great great nephews into their lives in 2021, and we are so excited for them.
Over The Tops Molly
Molly was born on June 2nd, 2017 and passed away suddenly on September 27th, 2020. Molly is from Luna's second litter and is our boy George's litter sister. Molly was a perfect representative of our breed. She was so healthy and never had any issues. We had the pleasure of dog sitting her a few times when her family went on holidays. It was a very freak accident and she passed unexpectedly and very suddenly. She was a very well tempered and sweet girl. We hold on knowing that she was very loved and cared for. Rest In Peace sweet little girl, you will be missed.
